1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and cowboy38 ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the cowboy38 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

2. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at a time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts involved being closed and any fund balances forfeited without notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

cowboy38 accepts a range of payment methods to make financial transactions easy for users. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your financial information.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.

Fund withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is submitted and verification is completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. cowboy38 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, however third parties such as e-wallet providers or cryptocurrency networks may impose their own fees which are outside the platform's control.

4. Bonus Offers and Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions available on the cowboy38 platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. Users are required to read and understand the conditions of each promotion before participating.

The cowboy38 welcome bonus gives a 120% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120 bringing your account balance to RM220. This bonus must be wagered 20 times the bonus value (RM120 × 20 = RM2,400) before any withdrawal of bonus funds can be made.

For larger deposits, if you deposit RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be credited bringing your balance to RM2,800. The wagering requirement in this case is RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000 before a bonus withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• Attempts to abuse bonuses through low-risk hedging techniques may result in the bonus being cancelled
• cowboy38 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time
• Participation in promotions is subject to successful identity verification

5. Game Rules

9. Account Termination

Users have the right to close their cowboy38 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed after all pending transactions are settled and any eligible fund balance is returned to the original payment method.

cowboy38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity or reasonable security concerns. In cases of confirmed violations, cowboy38 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds in that account.

• Voluntary closure: processed within 5 business days
• Closure for disciplinary reasons: effective immediately
• Eligible refundable funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures
• Users whose accounts are closed due to violations are not permitted to re-register

10. Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding the use of the cowboy38 platform, users are required to contact the customer support team first via live chat or email to seek an amicable resolution. cowboy38 is committed to resolving every complaint in a fair and transparent manner within a reasonable timeframe.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable under the applicable law, that provision will be deemed severable from this agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
